When you book a tour, buy a session, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect: your name, email, phone number, payment information (handled securely by Stripe, we never see or store your card details), and the information you share in the booking form (intention, allergies, how you heard about us).
We use your information to confirm and manage your booking, to prepare for your tour (allergies, logistics), to communicate with you about your experience, and to occasionally send you updates about new tours and offerings if you've opted in to our newsletter. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
Your payment information is processed by Stripe, which maintains PCI-compliant security standards. Your booking details are stored in our Stripe records and may be sent to tools we use to manage bookings (such as our email provider or scheduling software). We don't share your information with the shops we visit or with other guests.
You can request a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to update or correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Just email hello@sxstours.co and we'll respond within 30 days.
This site uses minimal cookies, primarily to support secure payment processing through Stripe. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll notify active guests by email.
