Some circles want the day to themselves. Bachelorettes, milestone birthdays, corporate retreats, out-of-town friend weekends, sisterhood gatherings. We host private tours on the schedule that works for your group, with room for custom touches: a tarot pull for each guest, an extended closing meditation with sound bowls, a sparkling toast at The Reiki Shop close.

Private tours start at $1,800 for weekdays, $2,500 for weekends, up to 12 guests. Deposit reserves your date. Custom add-ons available.

What to expect

A full day, fully held.

Plan for a full day, from 10:00 in the morning to around 5:00 in the evening. Bring soft shoes, a tote for what calls to you, and a heart open enough to be surprised.

Wear layers (the Bay Area is its own ecosystem of microclimates), bring a card or cash for the shops, and share any food needs with us 72 hours ahead so the meal can be made beautiful for you. You don't need to know anything about crystals to come. Curiosity is the only ask.

How much does it cost?
$111 per seat for the Fall Equinox, Samhain, and Gratitude tours. The Yule Wassail Tour and Gathering is $144 per seat, which covers a modified tour plus the evening ritual with wassail, sound, ritual, and gift exchange. All experiences include a small gift to take home. Bring $15 to $22 for lunch on tour days, we eat together at a local favorite.
Where does the tour start and end?
Tours begin and end at The Reiki Shop, 2781 Clayton Rd in Concord, CA. Free parking on site. Plan to arrive between 9:50 and 10:00 AM, we push off at 10:10 sharp. We return to the same spot for our closing meditation and to bring you home around 5:00 PM.
How many people are on each tour?
Twelve guests, plus your guide. The size is intentional. It keeps the energy intimate and lets each shop breathe.
Which crystal shops do we visit?
Five carefully chosen crystal and metaphysical shops across the Bay Area, from Concord through Port Costa, Oakland, Alameda, and Berkeley. The route shifts with the energy of the day, but every tour visits some of the most magical spots in our local crystal community. The curation is part of the gift, so the full route stays a soft surprise.
What about lunch?
Bring $15 to $22 for lunch. We stop together at a beautiful local spot, the kind of place with options for most diets and allergies. We eat as a group, it's one of the best moments of the day.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations 14 days or more before the tour receive a full refund. 7 to 13 days before, a 50% refund or full credit toward a future tour. Inside 7 days, your seat is non-refundable but transferable to a friend with our blessing.
Can I book the whole tour for a private group?
Yes. Private tours for birthdays, bachelorettes, corporate retreats, or a tight-knit circle start at $1,800 for weekdays and $2,500 for weekends, up to 12 guests. Custom add-ons like tarot pulls and sound bowl meditations are available. Email hello@sxstours.co to begin.
Do I need to know anything about crystals to come?
Not a thing. Tours work for total beginners, seasoned collectors, and everyone in between. The shopkeepers and your guide are here to share what you want to learn.
Is transportation included?
Yes. We travel together in a professionally driven small-group luxury van. Our transport partner is a licensed carrier with full commercial insurance, so all you have to do is show up and enjoy the day.
