Sticks and Stones Crystal Tours LLC ("we," "us," "Sticks and Stones") is a California limited liability company offering guided crystal shop day tours and related spiritual services in the San Francisco Bay Area.
All bookings are made through sxstours.co and are confirmed upon successful payment. Prices are listed in US dollars and processed securely through Stripe. By completing a booking, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, with at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled tour, we will transfer your booking to:

Your tour booking includes transportation in our van, guide services, a shared lunch stop, and a closing meditation. The cost of items you choose to purchase at the crystal shops is not included. Lunch is typically $15 to $22 per person at a local favorite.
Our tours are shared experiences in close quarters. We ask that all guests treat each other, our team, and the shop owners with respect. We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful, without refund.
You participate at your own risk. You are responsible for communicating any allergies, mobility needs, or health concerns in advance so we can prepare appropriately. By booking, you confirm you are physically able to participate in a full day of light walking and standing. If you are pregnant, have mobility concerns, or any condition that may affect your participation, please let us know in advance.
Our tours include elements of spiritual and energy practices (meditation, crystal exploration, ritual, tarot). These are offered for personal reflection and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a health or mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional.
We may take photos during tours for use on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let your guide know at the start of the day and we'll respect that.
Tours run rain or shine. If severe weather or circumstances beyond our control require us to cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sticks and Stones Crystal Tours LLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid for your booking. We are not responsible for personal belongings, injuries, or losses that occur during the tour, except where caused by our negligence.
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version will always be posted here with the date of last update.
